But first, some definitions.

Definitions

The Mortgage Master Group of Companies (“Mortgage Master”) includes Morins Consultancy Pte Ltd, PT Master Group Indonesia, Property Master Realty Pte Ltd. and their respective websites in Singapore (https://mortgagemaster.com.sg and https://propertymaster.com.sg) and Indonesia (https://mortgagemaster.co.id).

Third-party Provider, hereby referred to as “Providers”, is the bank, financial institution, insurer, underwriting party, loan provider, etc. that provides the products, services, and policies to customers.

“Users”, or customers, are the end-users who use our websites

“Products” refers to the financial products displayed on Mortgage Master such as personal loans, property details, etc.

Method of access: Users access the above-mentioned websites with their devices, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.

The medium of transaction: For products that require users to hop off to the Providers’ sites, Mortgage Master will act as a referrer site only, hence the transaction happens on Providers’ sites is not in Mortgage Master’s control.

Governing Law

Any relationship or contract between Mortgage Master and its users in Singapore is governed by the prevailing Singapore law. Any relationship or contract between Mortgage Master and its users in Indonesia is governed by the prevailing Indonesia law.

Terms of Use

As an individual who is a user of our website or otherwise as a user of the services provided by Mortgage Master, this Term of Use is intended to describe for you:

By accessing, browsing or using this website or Mobile App, and the websites of the below listed companies, divisions or service groups, or any page thereof, through any direct or indirect means (individually or collectively, "Websites" or "Website"), or by using the goods, facilities or services offered in or through the Websites or Mobile App through alternative methods (including, for example, telephone, mail, email or facsimile), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the terms "Website", "Websites" and “Mobile App” include use through these alternative methods).

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to access or use the Websites or Mobile App and you are to cease accessing or otherwise using the Websites or Mobile App.

Mortgage Master operates the Websites and Mobile App, shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Websites or Mobile App and the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to users of the Websites and Mobile App, including these Terms of Use, or any part hereof. Such changes, modification, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Websites and Mobile App. Any use by you through the Websites and Mobile App or the goods, facilities or services offered in or through the Websites or Mobile App shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes.

The data and other information you may provide Mortgage Master is not, and is not treated as, an application for a loan or a request to be pre-approved, pre-qualified or any similar concept. Mortgage Master does not guarantee acceptance into any particular loan program or specific loan terms or conditions with any Lender; loan approval standards are established and maintained solely by individual Lenders. Likewise, Mortgage Master does not guarantee that the loan terms or rates offered and made available by Lenders are the best terms or lowest rates available in the market. A Lender's offer may be subject to market conditions, approval and qualification. The rates and fees actually provided by Lenders may be higher or lower depending on your complete credit profile, collateral/property considerations including but not limited to location, equity and value and income/asset consideration including but not limited to loan to value and debt to income ratios. Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.

Mortgage Master is paid a fee by Lenders for the goods, facilities and services provided. Regardless of which lender you obtain your loan from, you will be responsible for paying for any settlement or closing costs associated with your loan (such as loan processing, underwriting, or funding fees, title insurance premiums, notary fees, etc.).

Mortgage Master does not charge you a fee for its service in matching you with Lenders unless otherwise stated.

All effort is taken to derive the most accurate interest and payment calculations, however, the information is provided for estimation purposes only and should not be considered as 100% accurate. For more accurate details regarding the schemes, please speak to a Mortgage Master Mortgage Consultant.

We try to include the most comprehensive online database of mortgage and home loan packages, however, not all of the lenders packages may be included in Mortgage Master.

Ltd., any attempts to copy or reproduce any portion of this site (including information, styles, graphics, scripts) in part or in whole is protected by the copyright law. Anyone found in violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All prices stated on Mortgage Master Singapore website (https://mortgagemaster.com.sg) is in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated. All prices stated on Mortgage Master Indonesia website (https://mortgagemaster.co.id) is in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), unless otherwise stated. All the price stated on Property Master Realty website (https://propertymaster.com.sg) is in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated.

Purchases directly on Mortgage Master

For certain products that have the payment to be hosted on Mortgage Master, users can pay directly to Mortgage Master to purchase the product. Mortgage Master will inform the Providers so that the Providers can fulfill the purchase, for example, Providers generate a travel insurance policy and send it to users’ email address. Mortgage Master reserves the right to have this payment step hosted either on Mortgage Master or Providers’ site and can change without prior notice.

Endorsement

In any case that there is a valid reason that needs a change in the policy generated, for example, wrong date of birth or postal code, or extends the end date of coverage, etc, customer can follow these steps to ask for an update in the policy:

  1. Customer contacts Mortgage Master and request the detail change
  2. If the request contains an extra payment (for example, in the case of extending the end date of coverage), Mortgage Master will send a payment link with the payable amount to the customer's email.
  3. Customer pays the exact amount in the received link.
  4. Upon confirmation of payment received, Mortgage Master will liaise with the Provider to generate the new policy and send it to the customer.
